The simulations menu item works with the FEA section to determine the type of simulation. To populate the simulation menu users must first start FEA by adding FEA to their layout.
Here users can determine:
- Label: the environment label can be determined in the environment tab
- Start Condition:
- Perpendicular: Tick this box to analyse the structure from 2 perpendicular wind directions (if this is unticked you will enter a wind dirs value instead)
- Wind Dirs: Insert a number here to determine the number of wind directions you wish to analyse the structure against
- Is Load:
