To create a double cross-arm.
1. Select library in the top menu bar
2. Select constructions to open up the construction library
3. Select a cross-arm that has the same number of cables that your desired cross-arm will require
For this example, I will be selecting a single cross arm with three insulators.
4. Select make a copy at the bottom right and label it
5. Select add new cross-arm and make sure that all the detail feeds mirror the original cross-arm
a. Select the same beam.
b. Set the same horizontal/vertical offsets.
c. Select the correct braces
6. Now select -X as the offset and this will pin the cross-arm to the other side of the pole
7. Select the Usage Type under the insulators header to define the cross-arm as a through unstrained or a termination
8. Now save the cross-arm at the bottom right of the pop-up
